New recipes. if they ever do a cmu cookbook, i'm so there.

Spicy, un-runny, ‘Real’ Cream Corn

Melt:
1 8-oz pkg Cream Cheese
¼ Cup cream
2 Tbs. butter

Mix together with above:
2 cloves minced garlic
2 16 oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 4 oz can green chilies, chopped.

Mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.


Pin Wheels

6-8 soft flour tortilla shells

Mix:
8 oz. Sour cream
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. Seasoning salt
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ c Onions, chopped
4 oz. Green chilies, chopped
4 oz. Black olives, chopped

Spread on tortilla shells and roll them up like cinnamon buns. Refrigerate one hour minimum, then slice and serve.
