Smoked Chipotle Ranch Sauce

Hello, I whipped this up as a Smoked Chipotle Ranch Dip for beef pieces. Enjoy!

3/4 C Sour Cream
1/3 C Plain Yogurt (Balkian Style if possible)
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 T Parsley
1 T Basil
1 T Cilantro
1 1/2 t Hickory Smoked Salt
2 chopped canned chipotle peppers

It is very very good.

this sounds very tasty. have you grilled any sirloin lately? i like steak.

Actually, this was dip for some beef fingers I did by cutting some Sirloin into strips, marinating them in some Hickory Smoked Salt, Brown Sugar and some Lemon Juice, grilling them on super-high heat to brown, then braising in more brown sugar and soy. And when are you going to post on your blog?
