Jo's Buns

The first post gave me a 404 when i tried to post it and lost this. GRRRR.

I got this recipe from the kitchen lady. It is really fun because there is only an hour of rise time needed. I have made it twice this week (once was cinnamon buns) and both were really good. Everyone says so.

Mix in large bowl:
1 C Flour
1/2 C Sugar
1 T Salt
2 T Yeast
Mix dry ingredients. Add:
2/3 C Margarine (melted)
2 Eggs at room temperature
2 Cups water at yeast temperature (110-120 F)

Add 4-5 cups flour to the dough. Mix. Grease large bowl, put dough in bowl, flip dough so that surface is greasy.
Let rise away from drafts (in oven) for 30 minutes, punch down, form into buns, put in greased pan.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Mix one egg yolk and one T water.
Spread over buns.

Bake for 12 minutes at 400 Degrees.
